胸部物理综合干预对ICU机械通气患者肺氧合功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Chest Physical Comprehensive Intervention on Pulmonary Oxygenation Function of ICU Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

摘要 目的:研究胸部物理综合干预对ICU机械通气患者肺氧合功能的影响。方法:选择2019年4月-2020年4月笔者所在医院ICU机械通气患者61例,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和研究组(31例)。对照组使用常规护理干预,研究组使用胸部物理综合干预。对比两组临床指标、治疗情况、机械通气并发症情况。结果:干预后研究组浅快呼吸指数低于对照组,氧合指数、血氧饱和度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、总住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组机械通气并发症总发生率(6.44%)低于对照组(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸部物理综合干预能够改善ICU机械通气患者的肺氧合功能,缩短机械通气时间,减少机械通气并发症的发生。 Objective:To study the effect of chest physical comprehensive intervention on pulmonary oxygenation function of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.Method:Sixty-one patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU of the author’s hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (30 cases) and the study group (31 cases) by random number table method.Conventional nursing intervention was used in the control group,and chest physical comprehensive intervention was used in the study group.The clinical indicators,treatment and complications of mechanical ventilation were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the shallow rapid respiration index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the oxygenation index and blood oxygen saturation were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time,ICU hospitalization time and total hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of mechanical ventilation complications in the study group (6.44%) was lower than that in the control group (30.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chest physical comprehensive intervention can improve the pulmonary oxygenation function,shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and reduce the occurrence of mechanical ventilation complications in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.
