血友病诊治现状与进展

Current Status and Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemophilia

血友病是一种伴性隐性遗传性出血性疾病,诊断主要依据临床表现、家族史、实验室检查,治疗仍以替代治疗为主,补充相应的凝血因子,近年来出现不少新的血友病治疗药物及新的疗法,本文就血友病的诊治现状及治疗进展进行综述。

Hemophilia is a kind of hereditary hemorrhagic disease associated with sex recessive.The diagnosis is mainly based on clinical manifestations,family history and laboratory tests,and the treatment is still based on replacement therapy,supplemented by corresponding coagulation factors.In recent years,many new hemophilia drugs and new therapies have appeared.This paper reviewed the current status of diagnosis and treatment of hemophilia and the progress of treatment.
