摘要
目的:分析N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗老年慢阻肺的效果及对血清指标的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月于本院就诊的慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者108例,按照抽签分组方法,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组54例。两组患者均给予常规的药物综合治疗,研究组在此基础上联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,连续治疗1个月后,观察两组的临床疗效、治疗前后血清指标及肺功能。结果:研究组总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的79.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后GRO-α、MRpro-ADM、CRP水平均较治疗前改善,且研究组血清指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前改善,且研究组肺功能水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗老年慢阻肺的效果较好,可改善肺功能及血清指标水平,减轻炎症反应状态,有效促进预后,临床应用价值较大。
Objective:To analyze the effect of N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of senile COPD and its influence on serum indexes.Method:A total of 108 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.According to the drawing lots,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 54 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given conventional drug comprehensive treatment,and the study group was combined with N-acetylcysteine treatment on this basis.After continuous treatment for 1 month,the clinical efficacy,serum indexes and pulmonary function before and after treatment were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 79.63% of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,GRO-α,MRpro-ADM,CRP and IL-8 in the two groups were improved,and the serum indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were improved,and the levels of lung function in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:N-acetylcysteine is effective in the treatment of elderly COPD,which can improve lung function and serum index levels,reduce inflammatory reaction,effectively promote prognosis,and has great clinical application value.
