小金胶囊联合纤维乳管镜在乳腺炎患者中的疗效及对炎症因子的影响研究

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Xiaojin Capsule Combined with Fiberoptic Endoscope in Patients with Mastitis and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨小金胶囊联合纤维乳管镜在乳腺炎患者中的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:选择2018年5月-2020年1月笔者所在医院收治的乳腺炎患者96例作为对象,采用抽签方法分为两组,各48例。对照组采用纤维乳管镜治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小金胶囊治疗,治疗4周后对两组临床效果进行评估并完成3个月随访,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、不良反应及复发率。结果:治疗前两组证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后,两组证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组炎症因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β及CRP均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小金胶囊联合纤维乳管镜用于乳腺炎患者中能降低证候积分,亦可降低炎症因子水平,且未增加不良反应发生率,能降低治疗后复发率,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xiaojin Capsule combined with fiberoptic ductoscopy in patients with mastitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 96 patients with mastitis from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fiberoptic ductoscopy,and the observation group was treated with Xiaojin Capsule on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated and the 3-month follow-up was completed,the TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory cytokine levels before and after treatment,adverse reactions and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in syndrome scores between the two groups (P>0.05),after 4 weeks of treatment,the syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups (P>0.05),after 4 weeks of treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaojin Capsule combined with fiberoptic ductoscopy in patients with mastitis can reduce the syndrome score,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,can reduce the recurrence rate after treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
