加强护理在肿瘤重症患者营养支持疗法中的效果

Effect of Enhance Nursing in Patients with Tumor Intensive Nutritional Support Therapy

目的:探讨加强护理在肿瘤重症患者营养支持疗法中的效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年6月本院收治的106例肿瘤重症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为照组和研究组,各53例。两组均应用营养支持疗法治疗,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施加强护理,对比护理后淋巴细胞计数、血清白蛋白、体重、不良反应及护理总满意率。结果:护理后,研究组淋巴细胞计数、血清白蛋白及体重高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤重症患者应用营养支持疗法的过程中,对其采用加强护理取得了满意的效果,可减少淋巴细胞的损失,延缓体重的下降,且不良反应减少,护理总满意率较高,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of enhance nursing in patients with tumor intensive nutritional support therapy.Method:A total of 106 patients with severe tumor admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,53 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with nutritional support therapy,the control group received routine nursing,and the study group received enhanced nursing on the basis of the control group.The lymphocyte count,serum albumin,body weight,adverse reactions and total nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the lymphocyte count,serum albumin and body weight in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the application of nutritional support therapy in the treatment of severe tumor patients,the enhance nursing has achieved satisfactory results,which can reduce the loss of lymphocytes,delay weight loss,and reduce adverse reactions.The total nursing satisfaction rate is high,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
