结构化皮肤护理方案联合激励式健康教育对神经性皮炎患者遵医依从性、治疗效果的影响

Effect of Structured Skin Care Program Combined with Incentive Health Education on Compliance and Treatment Effect of Neurodermatitis Patients

目的:分析结构化皮肤护理方案联合激励式健康教育在神经性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院在2018年12月-2020年3月收取的66例神经性皮炎患者,按抽签分组法分为两组,对照组33例,实施结构性皮肤护理方案;观察组33例,基于对照组采用激励式健康教育。对比两组患者皮炎恢复情况,统计治疗遵医依从性。结果:观察组干预后DLQI评分低于对照组,用药依从性率、复诊率(96.97%、90.91%)均高于对照组(72.73%、66.67%),护理后焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结构化皮肤护理方案联合激励式健康教育治疗神经性皮炎有显著效果,遵医依从性显著提升,临床意义大。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of structured skin care program combined with incentive health education in patients with neurodermatitis.Method:A total of 66 patients with neurodermatitis in our hospital from December 2018 to March 2020 were selected.According to the method of drawing lots,they were divided into two groups,33 cases in the control group,and the structured skin care scheme was implemented;33 patients in the observation group were treated with incentive health education based on the control group,and the recovery of dermatitis in the two groups were compared,and the compliance of treatment was statistically analyzed.Result:After intervention,DLQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group,medication compliance rate and follow-up rate (96.97%,90.91%) were higher than 72.73%,66.67% of the control group,the score of anxiety and depression in the nursing group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Structured skin care program combined with incentive health education in the treatment of neurodermatitis has a significant effect,significantly improve the compliance,has clinical significance.
