温针灸联合中医定向透药治疗肝肾两虚型腰痛的效果观察

Effect Observation of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Targeted Penetration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Lumbago with Liver-kidney Deficiency Syndrome

目的:探究对肝肾两虚型腰痛患者实施温针灸、中医定向透药联合治疗的效果。方法:将2017年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的86例肝肾两虚型腰痛患者纳入研究,按随机排列法分为参照组43例,进行常规西医治疗;观察组43例,加用温针灸、中医定向透药联合治疗。观察两组治疗前后疼痛(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果:治疗后,两组VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组评分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NO、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组各指标均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸、中医定向透药联合治疗的方案能够减轻肝肾两虚型腰痛患者的疼痛、腰部功能障碍等症状,同时促进炎症的消散,效果显著。

Objective:To study the effects of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with targeted penetration of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of lumbago with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome.Method:A total of 86 patients with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome of lumbago treated from January 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital were investigated and assigned into the reference group (n=43) and the observation group (n=43) according to random permutation method.The reference group took the western medicine,on the basis of the former,the observation group took the warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with targeted penetration of traditional Chinese medicine.Before and after treatment,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores,Oswestry disability index (ODI) scores,serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and nitric oxide (NO) levels were explored between the two groups.Result:After treatment,VAS score and ODI score in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and IL-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and all indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with targeted penetration of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the pain degree,waist function disorders and inflammation response for the liver-kidney deficiency syndrome of lumbago patients.
