自拟开胃方联合中药贴敷治疗厌食症患儿临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Children with Anorexia with Self-designed Kaiwei Fang Combined with the Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:观察自拟开胃方联合中药贴敷治疗厌食症患儿的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年10月在笔者所在医院诊治的厌食症患儿120例,随机分为三组,每组40例。A组给予枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒治疗,B组给予自拟开胃方治疗,C组给予自拟开胃方联合中药贴敷治疗,疗程为14 d。比较三组临床疗效、体重变化及症状体征积分。结果:治疗14 d,C组治疗总有效率高于A组、B组,B组总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前三组症状体征积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,C组临床症状体征积分均优于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后C组体重变化高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟开胃方联合中药贴敷治疗厌食症患儿,效果显著,内外合治,更有助于改善患儿进食量,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed Kaiwei Fang combined with the acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of children with anorexia.Method:A total of 120 children with anorexia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into three groups with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Bacillus Subtilis Enterococcus Bipartite Livable Multivitae Granules,group B was treated with self-designed Kaiwei Fang,and group C was treated with self-designed Kaiwei Fang combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine,the course of treatment was 14 days.The clinical efficacy,body weight and scores of symptoms were compared among the three groups.Result:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate in group C was higher than that in group A and B,and the total effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms and signs among the three groups before treatment (P>0.05),after treatment,scores of clinical symptoms and signs in group C were better than those in group A and B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),after treatment,the weight change in group C was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),there was no statistical significance compared with group B (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of self-designed Kaiwei Fang combined with the acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of children with anorexia has a remarkable curative effect,with internal and external treatment,helping to improve the children’s food intake and the clinical efficacy.
