农村高血压住院患者自我管理现状及影响因素的调查研究

Self-management Status and Influencing Factors of Rural Inpatients with Hypertention

目的:探讨在衡阳市二级以上医院住院的农村高血压患者自我管理的现状,并分析影响自我管理水平的相关因素。方法:通过便利抽样,选取2019年4月1日-5月31日衡阳市二级以上医院住院的农村高血压患者240例。采用问卷调查了解其自我管理现状及影响因素,最终回收有效问卷220份。结果:220例农村高血压住院患者的高血压自我管理标准化得分为(62.15±13.38)分。各维度中,标准化得分最低的是病情状况监测,为(56.27±21.50)分,标准化得分最高的是药物管理(67.77±24.27)分。其中,文化程度,月收入,支付方式和高血压分级是影响高血压患者自我管理水平的最重要因素(P<0.05)。结论:农村高血压住院患者的高血压自我管理处于中等偏下水平,其主要影响因素包括:文化程度,月收入,医疗费用支付方式和高血压分级。

Objective:To explore the current situation of self-management of hypertension patients in rural hospitals above the second level in Hengyang city and analyze its influencing factors.Method:Through convenient sampling,240 rural hypertensive patients who were hospitalized in Hengyang hospitals at secondary level and above were selected from April 1st to May 31st,2019.Questionnaire surveys were used to understand their self-management status and influencing factors.Finally,220 valid questionnaires were collected.Result:The score of hypertension self-management level of 220 rural hypertension inpatients after standardization was (62.15±13.38) points.The score of medication management was (67.77±24.27) points,and the lowest score was (56.27±21.50) points of condition monitoring.Among them,education level,monthly income,medical expenses payment and hypertension classification were the most important factors influencing the self-management level of patients with hypertension (P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management level of rural hypertension inpatients is in the middle and lower level.The main influencing factors include:education level,monthly income,medical expenses payment method and hypertension classification.
