军队干休所开展心脏康复模式初探

Exploration of Cardiac Rehabilitation Model in Military Sanitarium

随着干休所老干部普遍进入高龄化、高发病、高需求的"三高"新时期,心血管疾病对老干部造成的威胁也由心脏功能下降逐渐向肺、脑等重要脏器功能下降、心理障碍等多方面扩展。综合性心脏康复治疗可明显降低再住院率和猝死风险,降低患者对疾病的抵触和恐惧感,提高治疗依从性和有效性。作为一项综合性长期计划,心脏康复对于军队老干部来说显得尤为重要,在军队干休所开展心脏康复已是迫在眉睫,也是军队干休所医疗机构下一步医疗保健工作的重点及亮点。本文旨在前瞻军队干休所心脏康复趋势及探索开展老干部心脏康复模式的可行性,并提出实施干休所心脏康复的具体对策。

As the veterans in the military sanitarium generally enter the "three high" new period of aging,high morbidity and high demand,the risk of cardiovascular diseases to veteran cadres also extends from the decline of heart function to the decline of lung,brain and other important organs,psychological disorders and other aspects.Comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation can significantly reduce hospitalization rates and the risk of sudden death,reduce patients’ resistance and fear of disease,improve treatment compliance and effectiveness.As a comprehensive long-term plan,cardiac rehabilitation is particularly important for veterans.It is extremely urgent to carry out cardiac rehabilitation in veterans,and it is also the focus and highlight of the next medical care work in military rest centers.The purpose of this paper is to look forward to the trend of cardiac rehabilitation in the military retreat and explore the feasibility of developing cardiac rehabilitation model for veteran cadres,and put forward the specific countermeasures for the implementation of cardiac rehabilitation in the hospice.
