从“伏毒-痰瘀-正虚”理论刍议“治未病”思想在乳腺癌癌前病变中的应用

乳腺癌癌前病变可以阻断和逆转,中医药在防治乳腺癌癌前病变有着独特的优势与广阔的前景。文章认为乳腺癌癌前病变在于正气亏虚,伏毒内蕴,毒痰瘀互结于乳络,邪正相搏,毒邪渐炽,正气渐虚。"治未病"思想是一种先进和超前的预防思维与理念,对疾病的防治有着重要的指导价值。基于"伏毒-痰瘀-正虚"理论,分别从"未病先防,着眼于养生防毒""既病防变,着眼于祛邪解毒""瘥后防发,着眼于补虚缓攻"三个方面探讨"治未病"思想在防治乳腺癌癌前病变中的指导意义。
