摘要
针对电力营销作业现场小型、临时、分散、短时和点多面广等特点,对电力营销作业现场存在的安全隐患和管控难点进行了全面的分析,创新性地运用现代管理理念,将安全管理工作与制度流程建设、文化体系建设、物质激励建设有机结合,制定措施并不断优化改进,形成了一套行之有效的电力营销作业现场安全管控体系,切实提高了现场作业人员的安全能力,降低了安全事故发生概率,实现了对人身、电网和设备的保护。
In view of the characteristics of electric power marketing operation site being small,temporary,scattered,short-term and wide-ranging,the potential safety hazards and control difficulties existing in electric power marketing operation site are comprehensively analyzed,the modern management concept is innovatively used,the safety management,system process construction,cultural system and material incentive constructions are rationally integrated,the measures are formulated for continuous improvements,in addition,a set of effective safety management and control system for electric power marketing operation site has been formed,which effectively improves the safety capability of on-site operators,reduces the probability of safety accidents,and realizes the protection of personnel,power grid and equipment.
