摘要
目的观察总分总教育模式在糖尿病患者胰岛素注射技术培训中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—7月笔者医院收治的2型糖尿病且接受胰岛素注射的96例患者为研究对象,入住于双号病室者48例设为对照组,将入住于单号病室者48例设为观察组,对照组接受胰岛素注射技术常规教育,观察组接受总分总教育模式干预,比较2组胰岛素注射技术及患者满意度。结果干预后观察组胰岛素注射技术掌握度评分明显高于对照组(t=23.270,P<0.001),对胰岛素注射教育的满意度总评分也明显高于对照组(t=11.179,P<0.001)。结论采用总分总教育模式对糖尿病患者实施胰岛素注射技术教育,可显著提高患者胰岛素注射技术水平,提高患者对胰岛素注射技术教育的满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect of the sum-up-separately expounding-sum-up(SSS)education mode in the training of insulin injection for diabetes patients.MethodsNinety-six patients with type 2 diabetes and admitted to our hospital from January to July 2019 were selected.Patients living in the room with even numbers were selected into the control group,while those with odd numbers were chosen into the observation group,each of 48.The control group was given routine education about insulin injection,while the observation group was provided with education based on SSS.The two groups were compared their mastery of the injection and satisfaction.Results The mastery score and satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=23.270,P<0.001;t=11.179,P<0.001).Conclusions The new method can significantly improve the mastery and satisfaction of diabetes patients,and is highly recognized by such patients.
