在新时代背景下大力弘扬和推进生态文化建设,既是人与自然关系和谐共处的现实需要,也是实现中华民族永续发展的宏大主题。论文梳理了国家及贵州省级层面在生态文化建设的政策背景及实践总结贵州省生态文化建设的经验以及面临的形势,提出相关对策建议,以期为推动现代生态文化建设提供理论依据。

Under the background of the new era, vigorously carrying forward and promoting the construction of ecological culture is not only the realistic need of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, but also the grand theme of realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. This paper combs the policy background and practice of ecological culture construction at the national and provincial levels in Guizhou Province, summarizes the experience and situation of ecological culture construction in Guizhou Province, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide theoretical basis for promoting the construction of modern ecological culture.
