摘要
新版《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》明确要求加强民办教育从业教师尤其是民办义务教育学校教师的职后培训,并将其视为促进教师专业发展,保障民办学校就读学生义务教育质量的重要手段。然而,民办中小学教师职后培训机会、内容以及参训教师主观意愿等方面的原因导致培训成效不显著这一普遍问题。通过强化政策支持、优化课程设计和完善评价机制等途径可以对这一影响民办学校发展的瓶颈性问题给予缓解或解决,并最终实现提高民办中小学教师培训效能,促进民办中小学教育教学质量提升的目标。
The revision of the“New Civil Promotion Law”promotes the huge development of private education and strengthens the post-employment training of private education teachers,especially teachers of private compulsory education schools.It is an important means to promote the professional development of teachers and ensure the quality of compulsory education for students in private schools.Private elementary and middle school teachers’post-service training platforms,content,and subjective wishes of participating teachers have led to the general problem of insignificant training effects.For this reason,it can be mitigated or improved by strengthening policy support,optimizing curriculum design,and improving evaluation mechanisms.The solution ultimately reached the goal of improving the effectiveness of teacher training in private primary and secondary schools and promoting the quality of education and teaching in private primary and secondary schools.
