在线教学模式下高校生师互动的演进

摘要 随着互联网技术的发展和广泛应用,高校在线教学模式得以进行大规模实践并逐渐走向成熟。处于在线教学模式下,生师互动作为评判教学质量的重要指标,展示出一些鲜明的特点,同时也面临着诸如师生双方交流片面化、硬件设备不完善、课堂反馈不及时、师生信息化素养不够、全面育人效果不佳等挑战。如何提升生师互动的质量,以最大化发挥在线教学的优势,将是促进教育公平,实现教育资源共享的重要议题。 With the development and wide used of Internet technology,online teaching mode in universities has been practiced on a large scale and gradually mature.Student-Faculty interaction is an important indicator for judging the quality of teaching.In this online teaching practice,it has demonstrated some distinctive new features,but also faces challenges.Issues such as one-sided communication between teachers and students,imperfect hardware equipment,untimely classroom feedback,insufficient information accomplishment,and poor comprehensive education effects.How to improve the quality of Student-Faculty interaction to maximize the advantages of online teaching will be an important issue for promoting educational equity and realizing the sharing of educational resources.
