摘要
随着经济一体化的快速发展,电子商务应运而生,并为现代企业的生存和发展注入了新的血液。互联网和电子商务正在改变企业的经营方式,重新定义企业的内部运作方式——即通过互联网平台进行产品设计和开发、采购、生产、库存、分销和售后服务等一系列的生产经营活动。在这一过程中,互联网改变了各方的角色和关系,培育了新的供应网络、服务和商业模式,最终能够提高生产经营效率,更好地提升资产利用率,加快企业上市的时间。
With the rapid development of economic integration,e-commerce came into being,and injected new blood into the survival and development of modern enterprises.The Internet and e-commerce are changing the operation mode of enterprises,redefining the internal operation mode of enterprises,that is,a series of production and operation activities such as product design and development,procurement,production,inventory,distribution and after-sales service through the Internet platform.In this process,the Internet has changed the roles and relationships of all parties,cultivated new supply networks,services and business models,and ultimately improved the production and operation efficiency,better improved asset utilization,and accelerated the listing time of enterprises.
