玫瑰湖国家湿地浮游植物群落结构研究

摘要 为研究玫瑰湖国家湿地秋季段浮游植物群落分布特征及其驱动因子,2020年9月于玫瑰湖国家湿地设置6个监测站点,对其浮游植物群落结构和水环境因子进行调查分析,并分别对浮游植物优势物种的丰度、生物量与水环境因子进行典范对应分析。结果表明:影响浮游植物优势种丰富度分布的主要驱动因子是pH值、电导率、总磷、水温;影响浮游植物优势种生物量分布的主要驱动因子是溶解氧、氨氮、高锰酸盐指数、叶绿素a、浑浊度。 In order to study the phytoplankton community distribution characteristics and its driving factors in autumn period in Roselake national wetland,6 monitoring sites were set up in the wetland in September 2020.The study focused on the phytoplankton community structure and water environmental factors,as well as the abundance of phytoplankton dominant species,biomass and water environment factor model corresponding analysis.The results indicated that the main driving factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton dominant species richness are pH value,electrical conductivity,total phosphorus and water temperature.The main driving factors affecting the biomass distribution of phytoplankton dominant species are dissolved oxygen,ammonia nitrogen,permanganate index,chlorophyll a,and turbidity.
