提升济南市现代治水能力的实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking of Improving the Capacity of Modern Water Management in Jinan City

本文从建设幸福河湖的视角,分析了全面提升济南市现代治水能力的重要意义,从树立科学的现代治水理念、保障水资源供需平衡、完善现代治水法规体系3个方面阐述了济南市在提升现代治水能力实践中取得的成效,并提出了进一步提升济南市现代治水能力的思路,为今后更好地推动城市水治理体系和治理能力现代化建设提供了参考。

From the perspective of the construction of Happy Rivers and Lakes,this paper analyzes the significance of comprehensively promoting the capacity of modern water management in Jinan City.It elaborates the achievements made in the practice of promoting the capacity of modern water management in Jinan City from three aspects:establishing a scientific concept of modern water management,ensuring the balance between supply and demand of water resources,and improving the modern water management legal system.While,it also puts forward the idea of further improving the modern water management capacity,which provides a reference for better promoting the modernization of urban water management system and capacity in the future.
