Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir in Jinan City has multi-function of urban water supply and agricultural irrigation.This paper analyzes the general situation of Jin Xiuchuan reservoir,and through updating the operation chart of the reservoir to meet the operational indicators,with the expectation of providing a basis for the reasonable operation of the reservoir.
