摘要
为了研究Mo含量对镍基单晶高温合金微观组织和蠕变性能的影响,讨论了Mo对高温合金的元素分配比、γ′相形态、微观结构稳定性和蠕变性能的影响.结果表明,Mo的增加有助于提高γ′相的立方度.J2合金在长期时效100 h后会析出少量TCP相,随着时效时间的延长,TCP相的析出数量随之增加,表明Mo含量的增加促进了TCP相的析出.J2合金中的位错网比J1合金更密集,密集的位错网可以有效防止位错剪切到γ相,其为J2合金具有较长蠕变寿命的原因之一.
In order to study the effect of Mo content on microstructure and creep properties of nickel-based single crystal superalloys,the effect of Mo on elemental allocation ratio,γ′phase morphology,microstructure stability and creep properties of superalloys was discussed.The results show that the addition of Mo is conducive to the increase of cubic degree ofγ′phase.Small amounts of TCP phase precipitate in J2 alloy after long-term aging for 100 h.With the duration of aging time,the precipitated amount of TCP phase increases,indicating that the increase of Mo content promotes the precipitation of TCP phase.The dislocation net in J2 alloy is denser than that in J1 alloy,and the dense dislocation net can effectively prevent dislocation shearing towardsγ′phase,that is one of the reasons for the long creep life of J2 alloy.
