摘要
为了消除大宝山露天矿山661采空区对采场安全生产的严重威胁,采用了三维激光扫描仪获取采空区的点云数据,再结合DIMINE软件快速地生成采空区的实体模型,并得到了采空区的跨度及面积等参数,为确定合理的爆破方案提供了支持。利用DIMINE软件的露天矿山爆破设计模块,进行了采空区爆破的装药及连网等智能化设计,并验证了方案的可行性,有助于实现采空区快速安全施工。将爆破方案进行了现场试验,成功处理了采空区的安全威胁,提高了工作效率及施工精准性。
In order to eliminate the serious threat of 661 goaf to safety production in Dabaoshan open-pit Mine,through the DIMINE software combined with point cloud data acquired by the 3D laser scanner,solid model of the goaf was quickly generated,and the span and area of the goaf were obtained,which can provide support for determining a reasonable blasting plan.Using open-pit mine blasting design module of the software,intelligent design of the charging and networking of the goaf blasting was carried out,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified,which was helpful to safe construction of the goaf.The blasting scheme was field tested,the results showed that safety threats of the goaf were successfully handled,which can improve work efficiency and construction accuracy.
