摘要
高海拔环境对地下采矿工程机械以及乳化炸药爆速性能会产生严重影响。介绍了BCJ-4I高原型地下乳化炸药混装车,对比不同海拔高度下现场混装乳化炸药的爆速性能,针对高海拔条件在混装车研发设计方面采取了功率补偿、换热补偿等一系列技术措施。该高原型混装车在海拔4490 m的西藏甲玛铜矿进行了应用推广,可为同类高海拔地下炸药混装车的研发提供工程经验。
High altitude environment will have a serious impact on the underground mining engineering machinery and the explosion performance of emulsion explosives.This paper introduced a BCJ-4I high-altitude underground on-site mixing emulsion explosive charging vehicle,compared the detonation speed performance of on-site mixed and packaged emulsion explosive at different altitudes,and adopted compensation measures of power and heat transfer for high altitude.The application effect of the explosive charging vehicle in Tibet Jiama copper mine at an altitude of 4490 m can provide engineering experience for the research and design of other high-altitude underground explosive charging vehicle.
