全球法语国家与地区旅游高等教育研究的述评与展望——基于中国研究的视角

Trends in Tourism Higher Education in French-speaking Countries and Regions from Chinese Scholar and Its Implications for Sino-foreign Tourism Education Cooperation

摘要 伴随中国“一带一路”倡议提出,中国与法语国家和地区的交流与合作不断深入。旅游教育作为旅游产业发展的重要支撑,在国际间旅游合作等方面发挥着重要作用。文章利用CiteSpace 5.3软件可视化核心文献,深度挖掘中国学界研究法语国家和地区旅游高等教育的领域与动态,以期推动跨境旅游教育合作与研究发展。研究发现:研究领域集中在旅游教育发展、课程设置的科学性、多种模式的人才培养及教育结构体系构建,侧重学生本体、教育感知以及酒店管理教育等问题;高度聚焦法国及瑞士与加拿大的法语区,而其他国家和地区涉及较少。为进一步提升中国旅游教育国际化,应重点探索法语国家旅游高等教育区域异质发展特色,加强和非洲法语国家与地区的旅游教育深度合作,开展多层次人才培养模式构建,顶层设计旅游高等教育评估体系,以及教育助力全球旅游互通的可持续性发展机制。 With“the Belt and Road”initiative putting forward by China,regional exchanges and cooperation with francophone countries have been strengthened.Tourism education is an important support for the development of tourism industry and plays an important role in international tourism and economic and trade cooperation.This paper uses CiteSpace 5.3 software to visualize and analyze the core documents in order to deeply analyze the research fields and trends of tourism higher education in French-speaking countries,so as to promote the cooperation and research development of transnational tourism education.The results show that:The research focuses on the development of tourism education,the scientific of curriculum setting,the cultivation of talents with various modes and the construction of educational structure system.Foreign research focuses on the topics of student-oriented,Education Perception and hotel management education.Chinese scholars focus on France,French-speaking district of Switzerland and Canada,while other countries are less involved in research.In order to cope with the increasing internationalization of innovation,Chinese scholars should focus on the following aspects in the future:The heterogeneous development of tourism higher education in French-speaking countries,especially the guidance of tourism education in African countries once colonized by France;the analysis of multi-level personnel training of cross-cultural,cross-disciplinary and complex types;the establishment of evaluation system of tourism higher education and scientific evaluation indicators,and the study of sustainable development mechanism of education promoting global tourisminterloper ability.
