595 nm脉冲染料激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤的临床研究

Clinical curative effects of 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with timolol maleate eye drops in treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma

目的探讨595 nm脉冲染料激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外用来治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法选取218例浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤的患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用595 nm脉冲染料激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外用治疗,每月激光治疗1次,激光术后外敷马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液。对照组只外敷马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液。均以6个月为治疗期限,治疗结束后随访6个月。结果治疗组有效率为90.83%,对照组有效率为80.37%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组的治疗时间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用595 nm脉冲染料激光与马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外用联合治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤疗效确切,不良反应少,且能达到理想的美容效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with timolol maleate eye drops in treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma.Methods A total of 218 children patients with superficial infantile hemangioma were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group were treated by 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with timolol maleate eye drops,with laser treatment once a month,however,the patients in control group were treated by timolol maleate eye drops only,with a treatment course of 6 months for both groups.The patients in both groups were followed up for 6 months after the ned of treatment.Results There was significant differences in the effective rate between observation group and control group(90.83%vs 80.37%,P<0.05).Moreover there was significant difference in the treatment time between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination medication of 595nm pulsed dye laser and timolol maleate eye drops has definite curative effects on superficial infantile hemangioma,with ideal cosmetic effects and fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.popularization and application.
