基于SBAR模式的心理护理对淋巴瘤放化疗患者心理状态及生存质量的影响

The effects of psychological nursing based on SBAR model on the psychological state and life quality of patients with lymphoma during radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的探讨基于SBAR模式的心理护理对淋巴瘤放化疗患者心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法本院淋巴瘤放化疗患者120例按随机表分为SBAR组和常护组,每组60例,常护组给予常规护理,SBAR组在此基础上给予基于SBAR模式的心理护理,比较2组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、不良反应、生存质量[生存质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)]、护理满意度。结果SBAR组和常护组护理后SAS、SDS评分明显低于护理前,SBAR组护理后SAS、SDS评分明显低于常护组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SBAR组不良反应发生率明显低于常护组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SBAR组和常护组护理后各项QLQ-C30评分明显高于护理前,SBAR组护理后各项QLQ-C30评分明显高于常护组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SBAR组护理满意率明显低于常护组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SBAR模式的心理护理可改善淋巴瘤放化疗患者心理状态及减少其不良反应,有利于提高生存质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of psychological nursing based on SBAR model on the psychological state and life quality of patients with lymphoma during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 patients with lymphoma who were treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into SBAR group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The patients in control group were treated by regular nursing,however,the patients in SBAR group,on the basis of control group,were treated by psychological nursing based on SBAR mode.The psychological state of patients including self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),and adverse reactions,life quality[quality of life core scale(QLQ-C30)]and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing the scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,moreover,which in SBAR group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in SBAR group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).And the scores of QLQ-C30 in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,moreover,which in SBAR group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the nursing satisfaction rate in SBAR group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing based on SBAR model can improve the psychological state and reduce the adverse reactions of patients with lymphoma during radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which can improve the life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients,therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
