实践取向视域下教师教育者权威的旁落与重建

摘要 传统教师教育者的权威是以“知识”为基础构建的,主要有理论知识的生产者、教学话语权的拥有者、专业地位的至高者三种呈现样态。但随着实践取向的教师教育的改革与推进,教师教育者的权威面临危机:知识的建构性动摇了教师教育者的知识权威、教学过程的情境化弱化了教师教育者的指导话语权、教师即研究者打破了教师教育者研究地位的独断性、自我德行的庸俗化降低了教师教育者权威的感召力。这需要教师教育者提升理论素养、深入参与实践、开展自我研究、涵养个人德性,从而重建教师教育者的权威。 The authority of traditional teachers and educators is built on the basis of"knowledge".There are three main forms,namely,the producer of theoretical knowledge,the owner of teaching discourse power,and the highest professional status.But with the reform and development of teacher education in the practice orientation,the authority of teacher educators is in crisis:the constructiveness of knowledge shook the knowledge authority of teacher educators;the situation of the teaching process weakened the discourse power of educators;teachers as researcher broke monopoly of educator's the research status,the vulgarization of self-discipline reduced the charisma of the authority of educators.Teachers and educators are required to improve their theoretical literacy,deeply participate in practice,carry out self-research and cultivate personal virtue,so as to rebuild the authority of teachers and educators.
