摘要 社交媒体不仅给大学生的生活带来了便利,也带来了社交媒体成瘾等负面效应。在文献回顾的基础上构建了研究模型,研究大学生的社交媒体使用强度、自尊、压力与社交媒体成瘾之间的关系。通过问卷调查,获得382个有效样本,并以此进行实证研究。结果表明,使用强度和压力都是社交媒体成瘾的重要预测因子,自尊主要通过使用强度的中介作用间接对社交媒体成瘾产生负面的影响。此外,还进一步探讨了大学生使用强度的四个维度(持续使用、无聊、过度使用和自我表达)与社交媒体成瘾的关系。结果表明,持续使用、过度使用和自我表达对社交媒体成瘾都有正向的影响,而无聊对社交媒体成瘾的影响效应不显著。 Social media not only brings conveniences to college students'life,but also causes negative effects such as social media addiction.Based on literature review,we developed a research model and investigated the relationships between use intensity,self-esteem,stress and college students'social media addiction.An empirical study was completed by collecting 382 valid samples in China.The results show that use intensity and stress are all important predictors of social media addiction,while self-esteem mainly has an indirect negative effect on social media addiction through the mediation of use intensity.In addition,the relationships between the four dimensions of use intensity(persistence,boredom,overuse and self-expression)and social media addiction of college students was further explored.The results show that persistence,overuse and self-expression all have positive effects on social media addiction,but boredom has no obvious effect on it.
