英语视听说课是英语专业核心课程之一,在复合型英语专业人才培养方面起着举足轻重的作用。《国标》和《指南》明确指出,英语专业应以英语语言文学学科知识为基本内涵,突出其人文性质、跨学科特点,进一步增强其开放性。根据这一指导思想,在英语视听说课中根据视、听、说材料主题,在完成语言技能训练的基础上,教师通过线上线下相结合的教学方式向学生渗透语言学、文学、比较文学与跨文化、翻译和国别与区域研究等五大方向的相关知识,使学生在技能训练的同时具备更广泛而深厚的专业学科知识,培养他们突出的外语应用能力、文学赏析能力、跨文化能力、思辨能力等核心素养。
