体育服务于老龄化社会治理的理论逻辑与实践路径

Theoretical Logic and Practice Path of Sports Service in China's Aging Social Governance

面对人口老龄化的日趋严重,老龄化社会治理被高度重视。老龄化社会治理作为一种综合性治理,需要多元手段治理,而体育作为一项重要的社会治理手段,在老龄化社会治理中发挥着调节器的重要作用。鉴于此,文章基于体育的主体视角,在阐述体育服务于我国老龄化社会治理的概念内涵基础上,分析了体育在健康老龄化、积极老龄化、和谐老龄化、生产性老龄化4个方面的价值意蕴。提出从健全老年体育公共服务,完善体医融合养老模式;搭建老年体育融入平台,引导社会资源积极介入;丰富老年体育文化活动,优化老年体育参与环境;增加老年体育就业岗位,培育老年体育消费业态等方面提出了体育服务于我国老龄化社会治理的实践路径。

In the face of the increasingly serious aging of population,the social governance of aging is highly valued.As a comprehensive governance,aging social governance needs multiple means of governance,and as an important means of social governance,sports plays an important role as a regulator in aging social governance.In view of this,based on the main perspective of sports,this paper expounds the concept connotation of sports serving the aging social governance in China,and analyzes the value implication of sports in four aspects:healthy aging,active aging,harmonious aging and productive aging.This paper puts forward the practical path of sports service in China's aging society governance from the aspects of perfecting the elderly sports public service,perfecting the sports medical integration pension mode,building the elderly sports integration platform,guiding the active intervention of social resources,enriching the elderly sports cultural activities,optimizing the elderly sports participation environment,increasing the elderly sports employment,and cultivating the elderly sports consumption format.
