摘要
ICP-MS直接分析电子级高纯硝酸的金属离子方法简便、省时,避免沾污,数据重复性好,对于杂质元素加标回收率均在80-120%之间,稳定性RSD匀不超过5%,测定结果可靠。对于高质量数元素而言碰撞反应池技术可明显降低干扰,提高仪器的灵敏度。
ICP-MS is a simple and time-saving method for the direct analysis of metal ions in electronic grade high-purity nitric acid.It avoids contamination and has good data repeatability.Its recovery of impurity elements is between 80%-120%and stability RSD is less than 5%,rather reliable in determination results.For high-mass digital elements,collision reaction cell technology can reduce the interference and improve the sensitivity of the instrument greatly.
