化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测能力的验证方法与结果研究

Study on Methods and Results of Detection Ability Verification of Staphylococcus Aureus in Cosmetics

为通过NIFDC-PT-188化妆品中对金黄色葡萄球菌检验能力的验证,提升本实验室在检测该种微生物的能力,本文针对化妆品深入探讨了金黄色葡萄球菌检测能力验证方法与结果,将作业指导书作为基础标准,对化妆品样品实施有效处理。按照相关标准《化妆品安全技术规范》对其实施检测,并利用PCR对样品同时实施平行检测。检测结果表明该检测方法可以从2个样品中检测出金黄色葡萄球菌。本次研究可以有效表明本实验室具有金黄色葡萄球菌验证能力和检测能力,为之后微生物检测工作提供了经验基础。

To improve the detection ability of modified microorganisms in laboratory by participating in the NIFDC-PT-188 Cosmetic Staphylococcus Aureus Detection Ability Verification,this paper provides an in-depth discussion of the methods and results of detection ability verification of Staphylococcus aureus for cosmetics,using the operation instructions as the base standard to implement effective handling of cosmetic samples.At the same time,real-time PCR testing is used to detect the samples in parallel according to the Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics.The test results finally show that the Staphylococcus aureus is detected in these two samples.This study can effectively demonstrate the ability to validate and detect Staphylococcus aureus,which provides an empirical basis for subsequent microbiological detection.
