摘要
运用X荧光光谱分析法测定锰矿石中锰含量,更快速、准确,高效。本文通过对实验过程中使用的标准物质、实验设备以及生成校正曲线等方面的研究,建立不确定度计算模型,对实验中涉及到的各方面因素进行不确定度的评估,用以讨论该实验方法存在的优点和问题,并对实验步骤的改进提出建议,以期实验结果的准确性。
It’s faster,and more accurate and effective to measure the manganese content in manganese ores by X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method.By analyzing the standard substance,laboratory equipment,the generated calibration curve,etc.in the experiment,a calculation model of uncertainty is established in the paper,to evaluate the uncertainty of all factors involved in the experiment,and further discuss advantages and disadvantages of the experimental method,and make improvement,so that the experimental result is more accurate and credible.
