Discuss the factors affecting the quality of clinical immunology test and the coping strategies.Implement retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 550 patients receiving clinical immunology test in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020,make statistics about the quality failure rate of clinical immunology test, analyze the factors affecting the test quality and put forward specific coping strategies. The failure rate of test quality accounts for 4.73%(26/550)in the clinical immunology test of 550 patients, and the factors affecting the test quality include patient factors(emotional stress, unreasonable diet and drug usage account for 0.55%,0.55%and 0.36%respectively),blood collection factors(improper blood collection time and improper blood collection part account for 0.73%and 0.36%respectively),submission factors(improper time for submission and improper transport account for 0.36%and 0.73%respectively),and test factors(improper application of test kit and irregular test operation account for 0.73%and 0.36%respectively).Factors affecting the quality of clinical immunology test mainly include emotional stress, unreasonable diet, drug usage, improper blood collection time, improper blood collection part, improper time for submission, improper transport, improper application of test kit,and irregular test operations, and then carry out coping strategies on this basis,to ensure the test quality.
