直接细菌鉴定与药敏试验在临床血液检验中的敏感性及准确性分析

Analysis on the Sensibility and Accuracy of Direct Bacterial Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test Method in Clinical Blood Test

为探究直接细菌鉴定与药敏试验法在临床血液检验中的敏感性、准确性。本文以血液检验患者100例为对象,研究时间为2019年5月~2020年5月,分为A组50例与B组50例,A组实施常规药敏试验,B组实施直接药敏试验,对比检出结果,进行统计学分析。结果显示,A组细菌准确性、敏感度与B组比较,P>0.05。B组检验时间低于A组,P <0.05。可见临床血液检验中可使用常规药敏试验、直接药敏试验进行细菌鉴定,检出率高,其中直接药敏试验检出时间短,操作简单,应用效果显著。

To explore the sensitivity and accuracy of direct bacterial identification and drug sensitivity test method in clinical blood test.Choose 100 patients receiving blood test as the objects,start the research from May 2019 to May 2020,classify the objects into Group A and Group B respectively as per 50 patients per group,in which Group A implements conventional drug sensitivity test,while Group B implements direct drug sensitivity test,compare the test result,and then implement statistical analysis.Compare the bacteria accuracy and sensitivity in Group A with those in Group B,the result is P>0.05.The test time of Group B is lower than that in Group A,and the result is P<0.05.Conventional drug sensitivity test and direct drug sensitivity test can be adopted in clinical blood test,to identify the bacteria,with high detection rate,in which the direct drug sensitivity test takes shorter time,and is simple to operate,with notable application effect.
