长江中游“智慧水文”实践与思考

Practice and thoughts of intelligent hydrology of Middle Yangtze River

长江中游水文水资源勘测局近年来实施“智慧水文”建设取得了一系列成果。在总结长江中游“智慧水文”工作的基础上指出了存在的问题,分析了“智慧水文”发展趋势。从“智慧水文”顶层设计和基础建设、保证建设和维护资金投入、重视高层次人才培养等方面对下一阶段工作提出了建议,可为长江水文现代化发展提供有益参考借鉴。

The intelligent hydrology construction of Middle Changjiang River Bureau of Hydrology and Water Re⁃sources Survey has made some remarkable achievements in recent years.This paper summarizes the practice of in⁃telligent hydrology of Middle Yangtze River,introduces the achievement and existed problems,analyzes the develop⁃ing trend of intelligent hydrology.Some suggestions are given in terms of top-level design and infrastructure con⁃struction,investment assurance to the construction and maintenance and personnel training.It can provide reference to the modern development of hydrology.
