新型“大麻食品”离我们的生活有多远

How Far Is the New Hemp Food From Our Life

针对当前新型"大麻食品"相关食品安全热点问题,就普通消费者容易混淆的"毒品大麻"、"工业大麻"等概念进行明确,并通过对各国相关法律法规进行搜集比对,进一步明确大麻食品在我国属于绝对违禁品的性质。本文还通过对相关检测方法标准分析得出:在食品领域,目前我国还没有系统性开展基质适用性的方法标准以及相应的限量标准,相关安全性还需要进一步评估。文章最后,就食品中大麻成分的技术检测方法进行了科普介绍。

In view of the current hot issues of food safety related to new"hemp food",the concepts of"drug marijuana"and"industrial hemp"which are easily confused by ordinary consumers are clarified.Through the collection and comparison of relevant laws and regulations of various countries,it is further clarified that cannabis food belongs to the nature of absolute contraband in China.In this paper,through the analysis of relevant detection methods and standards,it is concluded that in the field of food,there is no systematic method standard and corresponding limit standard for matrix applicability in China,and the related safety needs to be further evaluated.At the end of the paper,the detection methods of hemp in food were introduced.
