摘要 本文由"敌敌畏海参"这一食品安全热点事件展开,详细介绍了我国现行水产品中农兽药残留限量标准和检测标准的制订现状,同时介绍了"高分辨质谱快速筛查分析新技术",其技术优势可将上述两大短板一次性化解,有望成为我国水产品中农兽药残留监管的主流利器,并有效改善水产品中农兽药监管效果。本文对关心我国水产品中农兽药残留问题的普通百姓和专业技术人员都具有借鉴和参考价值。 By interpreting the hot food safety incident called Dichlorvos-fed sea cucumbers,this article introduces current standards about pesticides and veterinary drugs residues in fishery products in China in detail,and points out the defects that scope of all the standards is too limited to achieve satisfactory effect on food safety regulation.To solve the problems mentioned above,a prospective technique named fast screening method by high resolution mass spectrometry is suggested,which is supposed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of pesticides and veterinary drugs monitoring for fishery products.This article should be valuable for consumers and food inspectors who concern about the pesticides and veterinary drugs residues in fishery products.
