摘要 基于超声稠油降黏实验平台对西部某油田原油进行降黏,利用正交实验法,考察了不同因素对超声降黏效果的影响,并利用SEM表征探讨了超声作用降黏的机理。实验结果表明,针对本工作的稠油油样,影响降黏率的因素大小顺序为油样稀稠比>超声波作用时间>测量温度>超声样机电功率,最佳降黏条件为:油样稀稠比1∶3、超声波作用时间10 s、测量温度90℃、超声样机电功率500 W。超声波作用破坏了稠油原始的规则结构,改变了稠油的化学组分,从而使稠油的黏度降低。 Based on the experimental platform of ultrasonic evaluation and the orthogonal experimental method,the influences of different factors on the oil viscosity reduction by ultrasonic wave were investigated.The mechanism of viscosity reduction by ultrasonic wave was studied by SEM characterizations.The results show that the influencing degree of factors on viscosity reduction rate is:dilute ration of oil>irradiation time of ultrasonic wave>measuring temperature>electric power.The optimum conditions of viscosity reduction are as follows:dilute ratio of the light to heavy oil 1∶3,irradiation time 10 s,measuring temperature 90℃,electric power of the ultrasonic prototype 500 W.It indicates that viscosity reduction of heavy oil has been achieved because ultrasonic wave changed the original regular structure and the chemical composition.
