As the host city of the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, the"Ice and Snow Campus Plan"helps to promote the participation of the youth group. From perspective of teenagers, this article conducted a participatory social survey research with questionnaire surveys and interviews on some selected high school students in Beijing. The research results show that about half of the survey respondents have participated in different types of ice and snow sports and have an active interest in ice and snow sports. However, the lack of extensive participation in ice and snow sports mainly relies on students'personal hobbies and family support, and has not yet entered the campus. The limited number of professional ice and snow sports venues in Beijing and the long distances lead to higher participation costs and time costs, which are the main external factors restricting middle school students'extensive participation in the ice and snow sports. This article proposes to improve the popular science for young people to participate in the Winter Olympics ice and snow sports, increase the extracurricular activities of primary and secondary schools, strengthen the professional facilities, safety and accessibility of the ice and snow sports infrastructure, and promote the implementation of the"school ice and snow plan"as well popularity and business in the ice and snow sports.
