摘要
随着黑龙江地区冰雪体育旅游日益发展,以往的粗旷式经验理念已经不再适用。如何借助“互联网+”思维来突破发展瓶颈,就成了亟待解决的研究方向。通过文献资料法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法,对黑龙江省的冰雪体育旅游影响因素模型进行了构建与验证。列举出了消费者最为看重的6个内容,分别为:产品价值、服务价值、人员价值、形象价值、货币成本与非货币成本,共包含22个小项;并从以上6个维度出发,利用互联网手段提出了相应的创新融合对策与建议,旨在为黑龙江省的冰雪体育旅游资源产业创新和发展提供一定的理论参考。
With the development of ice and snow sports tourism in Heilongjiang province,the previous concept of rugged experience is no longer applicable.How to break the development bottleneck with the help of"Internet+"thinking has become an urgent research direction to be solved.This paper constructs and verifies the influencing factor model of ice and snow sports tourism in Heilongjiang province by means of literature review,field investigation and logical analysis.Six items that consumers value most are listed,including product value,service value,personnel value,image value,monetary cost and non-monetary cost.There are 22 items in total.Based on the above six dimensions,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions of innovation and integration are put forward by means of the Internet,aiming to provide some theoretical references for the innovation and development of the ice and snow sports tourism resources industry in Heilongjiang Province.
