摘要
长期以来,高校教育评价体系都存在唯论文、唯学历、唯奖项、唯职称、唯“帽子”的不良倾向,这给高校教学科研和青年教师发展等带来诸多不利影响,导致许多青年教师专业发展意识淡薄、不愿静心教书育人等问题。“破五唯”有助于改革以学历、论文、项目等至上的教育评价机制,建构适应当代教育发展需求的高校教师评价机制,激发高校青年教师的自我发展意识。在高校师资队伍建设中,应当以“破五唯”为青年教师发展的切入点,通过“破五唯”优化青年教师评价机制、职业发展平台等,为青年教师提供广阔的发展空间。
There have been five overemphasises on the research findings,diploma,research project,professional ranks and titles in the evaluation system of higher education.They have adversely affected the development of teaching and research,as well as the career development of young teachers.They have resulted in the lack of motivation for professional development and devotion to education.Efforts should be made to reform the educational evaluation mechanism,construct the new evaluation mechanism of college teachers which meets the needs of contemporary education development,and propels the self-development of young teachers in colleges and universities.In the construction of the faculty team,we should start from redressing the overemphasises and optimizing the evaluation mechanism and career development platform to provide a broad development space for young teachers.
