摘要
某石化公司MTO装置反应器材质为347H,于2011年10月建成投用。2017年9月,在反应器封头环焊缝附近首次发现裂纹,2018年5月2日停产检修,在封头环焊缝位置再次发现较大裂纹,且多处出现微裂纹。通过扩检、缺陷消除及合于使用评价,同时制定严密的运行监控措施,保证了装置平稳运行。文章从多个角度对焊缝开裂进行了原因分析探究,并提出了有关建议。
Thereactor material of the MTO plant of a petrochemical company is 347H and the plant was completed and put into use in October 2011.In September 2017,cracks were first found near the circumferential weld of the reactor head.On May 2,2018,the company stopped production for overhaul.Larger cracks were found again at the position of the circumferential weld of the head,and micro-cracks appeared in many places.Through expanded test,defect removal and fitness-for-service assessment and formulating strict operational monitoring measures,the smooth operation of the device has been ensured.This paper analyzes and explores the causes of the weld cracking from various aspects,and makes relevant recommendations.
