冠状动脉周围脂肪组织与动脉粥样硬化的关系:生物学到影像学进展 被引量:15

摘要 近年来,冠状动脉周围脂肪组织(PCAT)已经成为心血管疾病中具有独特生物学意义的诊断指标之一。在生理解剖中PCAT是最接近血管壁的脂肪组织,它通过旁分泌途径及滋养血管分泌机制形成的促炎信号,调节血管周围炎症及血管重构,从而影响冠状动脉粥样硬化发展的进程。动脉粥样硬化形成是心脑血管疾病发生的病理学基础。因此,PCAT无论数量还是质量都是决定心脏代谢风险的关键因素,在心血管诊断与治疗方面具有重要的临床意义。本文就PCAT在冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形成及演变过程中所发生的生物学行为及影像学研究现状与进展进行综述。
