大思政视域下高校就业创业指导工作策略研究

Study on Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Work Strategies in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Great Ideological and Political Education

高校就业创业指导工作直接影响毕业生的充分就业和高质量就业水平,就业与创业指导工作中容易解决的是求职方法和技巧等问题,难以解决的是毕业生思想意识的问题。本文从大思政的涵义入手,阐述了大思政视域下高校就业创业指导工作研究的意义,分析了当前大学生就业现状和存在的问题,进而提出了大思政视域下高校就业创业指导工作策略。

The employment and entrepreneurship guidance work in colleges and universities directly affects full employment and high-quality employment level of graduates.In the employment and entrepreneurship guidance work,it is easy to solve the problems such as job-hunting methods and skills,etc.,but it is difficult to solve the ideological problem of graduates.This paper starts with the meaning of great ideological and political education,expounds the significance of studying the employment and entrepreneurship guidance work in colleges and universities under great ideological and political education,analyzes current employment situation and existing problems of college students,and then puts forward the employment and entrepreneurship guidance work strategies in colleges and universities under great ideological and political education.
