Research on the Cultivation of Compound Software Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Infrastructure Era

新基建时代,软件产业与云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术高度融合,高职软件人才培养进入新时期。高职院校要以立德树人为根本任务,通过优化课程体系,全面推进"课程思政",开展线上线下混合式教学,校企共建实训平台,扎实开展双师型队伍建设等措施,培养德智体美劳全面发展的新时期复合型软件人才。

In the new infrastructure era,the software industry is highly integrated with new generation of information technology such as cloud computing and big data,and the cultivation of software talents in higher vocational colleges has entered a new era.Higher vocational colleges should take morality education as the fundamental task,and take measures such as optimizing the curriculum system,comprehensively promoting“curriculum ideological and political education”,carrying out online and offline mixed teaching,jointly building the practical training platform by colleges and enterprises,and carrying out the building of double qualified teachers workforce,so as to cultivate the compound software talents with an all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding in an addition to a hardworking spirit.
