摘要
民办高校在生源、经费、师资、体制等因素的制约下,要提升教学质量和人才培养质量,针对课程特别是专业核心课程匹配一支高素质的师资队伍迫在眉睫。民办高校课程师资的配置要打破组织界限,实现校内、校际、跨部门、跨行业的流动,以政府支持、高校主体、企业参与的管理运行机制推进课程主讲教师聘任制的实施。在课程聘任制的具体实施中,需要在课程等级、聘任范围及聘任领域、聘任条件、聘任期限、师资管理等方面进行多元协同的制度制定和实施。
It is urgent to match a high-quality faculty team to courses,especially professional core courses in order to improve the quality of teaching and student development quality for private university.The allocation of college curriculum teachers must break the organizational boundaries,realize intra-school,inter-school,inter-departmental,and crossindustry flows,and promote the implementation of the course appointment system with government support,institutions of higher learning,and enterprise-involved management and operation mechanisms.
