将马克思法治思想放在现当代中国的实际情况中进行探讨,分析了马克思法治思想对现当代中国完善国家治理体系,推进当代政府管理的制度科学化、合理化之中的可借鉴之处。具体来讲包括了以下三个方面:其一,立法治理中要逐渐化解国家制定法与习惯法之间的矛盾冲突之处,进一步将国家治理主体的权利与义务明确开来。其二,是强化政府治理的实践价值意义,一方面要加强政府治理体系的法治化,另一方面要提高政府治理能力的法治化。其三,是马克思法治思想对培育现代化中国特色社会主义的法治公民的启示。
