摘要
近几年,生活垃圾分类受到社会大众的广泛关注。这既是家庭生活小事,又是社会民生大事,关系到绿色发展、可持续发展。为解决"垃圾围城"的窘境,垃圾分类势在必行。然而,垃圾分类关系到千千万万的家庭,如何调动所有人参与是推广垃圾分类工作的重中之重。本文将激励理论中的强化理论和综合激励模型与生活垃圾分类的实际情况相结合,探讨通过设置合适的激励机制动全民参与垃圾分类。
Household waste separation has aroused wide public concern lately.It is not only a trivial matter in life,but also a major task for people’s livelihood which is related to green development and sustainable development.It is imperative to get out of the“Besieged by Waste”dilemma.However,waste separation program involves thousands of households.How to motivate everyone to take part in the work is the core issue.In this paper,the reality of household waste separation and two motivation theories,namely reinforcement theory and comprehensive incentive model,are taken into consideration to explore the applicable incentive mechanism which can promote this program.
