基于《内外科护理学》改革基础上的形成性评价在课程教学实习中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨基于《内外科护理学》改革基础上的形成性评价在课程实习中的应用效果研究。对照组采用传统教学及终结性评价。方法:实验组采用形成性评价方式进行教学组织和评价,并通过调查问卷对其教学效果和教学实习前后的评判性思维能力进行了评价,数据比较采用SPSS17.5进行t检验。结果:实验组课程期末考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);课程教学实习结束后,实验组学生的评判性思维能力高于干预前(P<0.01),实验组学生及临床带教老师对形成性评价方式持肯定态度。结论:形成性评价用于《内外科护理学》课程教学,有助于激发护生的学习动机,提高课程满意度,从而提高学业成绩及评判性思维能力。 Objective:to study the application effect of formative assessment in course practice based on the reform of“Nursing of Internal Medicine and Surgery”.The control group adopted traditional teaching and summative evaluation.Methods:the experimental group was organized and evaluated by formative evaluation,and the teaching effect and the critical thinking ability before and after the teaching practice were evaluated by questionnaire.SPSS17.5 t-test was used for data comparison.Results:the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the end of the course teaching practice,the experimental group students’critical thinking ability was higher than that before the intervention(P<0.01),and the experimental group students and the clinical teaching teacher held a positive attitude towards the formative evaluation method.Conclusion:the application of formative assessment in the teaching of“Nursing of Internal Medicine and Surgery”is helpful to stimulate the learning motivation of nursing students,improve their satisfaction with the course,and thus improve their academic performance and critical thinking ability.
